Support Groups
We offer monthly support groups for individuals who have had bariatric surgery as well as those who are considering surgery. The groups are led by a bariatric nurse. The upcoming support group is Monday, September 27 at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting rooms at Wood County Hospital. For more information click here.
Back on Track
Have you or someone you know had weight loss surgery over a year ago or longer, but noticed some weight gain since? The Center for Weight Loss Surgery at Wood County Hospital is offering Back On Track, a support group for former bariatric surgery patients led by Deb Dawley, RN, bariatric coordinator. Get guidance and support for getting back on track with weight loss. Join us on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Wood County Hospital meeting rooms. Registration is not required.
